Made using Odyssey barley, Beechwood-smoked malt. Distilled between October 2019 and March 2020, and released on May 26, 2023 at 20:30 during a virtual tasting. Limited to 1635 bottles.

The Thy Whisky No. 22 - Bøg-PX is still available from the distillery at DKK 1000.

Nose: Get wrapped up in milk chocolate, vanilla, and toasted oak. Let it breathe, and a hint of wood smoke emerges, distinct from peat. Rounded out with licorice and singed herbs.

Taste: Bold and smooth, with a mischievous edge. Dive into sweet notes of nuts, vanilla, and carnival candy floss. Below that, dark touches of black pepper, licorice, and more choco delight.

Finish: Chocolate and amplified wood smoke play on, ending on a sugary note of fruity candy dusted in icing sugar.
