A single malt whisky from Thy in Denmark. Made using 100 % Odyssey barley - pale malt, caramel malt and Beechwood-smoked malt. Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. Nose: A luscious mix of caramel, fudge, and vanilla. Give it a moment and you'll catch juicy orchard fruits with a zesty citrus twist.

Taste: Bold and brooding. Dark tones of caramel, licorice, and chocolate. Throw in some dried fruits and fresh green herbs.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Think of a peated version of Norway's Troika chocolate bar: dark chocolate, marzipan, truffle, and a splash of raspberry jelly. Delish!

Comment: Dark skies overhead? Cozy up with this liquid warmth.
