Nose: Strawberries spiked with white pepper. Creamy vanilla, a touch of cinnamon, and a backdrop of orchard fruits. Let it sit and you're in a sun-soaked, dusty old attic.
Taste: Rich and full, with that creamy vanilla taking center stage. A hint of oak and dry spices gives way to a fruity encore.
Finish: Gentle and lingering. Savor juicy orchard fruits drizzled with light honey. A peppery touch, ending with a hint of nuts and citrus.
Comment: It speaks softly but carries a big rye.
