Nose: The initial encounter is both fruity and malty in character. It unfolds, revealing juicy notes of ripe pear and apple. Hints of tropical fruits play in the background. With time a mild spiciness hums softly, and a zest of citrus makes a delicate entrance.
Taste: A medium to light body. The spicy duo of white pepper and cinnamon take the lead, swiftly followed by the earthly, fresh essence of cut grass and sweet caramel. A second wave with the robust character of toasted oak and black pepper. Strawberries and fresh herbs make a gentle, refreshing appearance.
Finish: The finish is medium to short. Malt makes a comeback. The fruitiness is now of the citrusy persuasion, leaving a light, zesty impression.
Comment: A fruity frolic through a spicy garden.
