This is the 7th Shareholders release from Isle of Lime. Matured in a combination of 1st fill ex-bourbon casks and virgin American oak casks. Limited to 3500 bottles and bottled October 2022. See the official product page for more info.

Nose: It starts off with the embrace of a classic “bourbon cask nose”. It's like catching a light breeze carrying notes of tropical fruits, soft vanilla, and sun-kissed coconut, with the comforting warmth of sunwarmed oak.

Taste: Medium body, with a harmonious blend of light and breezy orchard fruits, sweetened by simple syrup and the festive tones of a fruit cocktail. Whispered in the background are playful hints of cinnamon, licorice, and vanilla.

Finish: The medium long finish introduces a twist. From the subtle caress of fruits and mild spices, it evolves into a vibrant explosion of Szechuan pepper, piquant Dijon mustard, and the gentle warmth of ancho chili pepper.

Comment: Vibrant and refreshing.
