Taste: Ranges from medium to full-bodied, initially well-rounded and sweet, then transitioning to a more feisty, raw character. A unique blend of wine-like sweetness intermingles with peppery soot and ginger-infused ashes.

Finish: Medium-long, continuing the established profile without significant evolution. Features a moderate level of smokiness, complemented by vanilla and wine-like sweetness, tapering off to a drier, greener note.
