Nose: Presents a robust combination of meaty, peaty, and sweet aromas, underscored by significant medicinal peat notes. The scent of smoked meat, both raw and cooked on the barbecue, prevails, with subtle undertones of vanilla and tropical fruits.

Taste: Full-bodied and initially dry, it delivers a peppery peat punch accompanied by the smokiness of meat. The complexity deepens with dark chocolate and a whisper of citrus, alongside dried fruits like figs and raisins.

Finish: The finish is medium-long, transitioning to creamy vanilla and the lively bite of fizzy ginger. Tropical fruits gradually pierce through the dense smoky veil.

Comment: A smoky, peaty feast.
