Another product from Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery. This is their fourth release of the sherry cask reserve. This time around matured in a combination of ex-Moscatel, ex-Oloroso, and ex-PX sherry casks. Limited to 2000 bottles.

Nose: Fresh and appealing, with notes of dried fruits with deep sugary undertones. Aromas of caramel pudding, caramel sauce, raisins, and dates create a rich profile.

Taste: Medium-bodied, delivering on the nose's promise with even darker and richer flavors. Dried fruits, caramel, and sugary sweetness dominate, complemented by hints of white pepper and cinnamon.

Finish: Medium-long, maintaining the consistent rich fruitiness and caramel sweetness from the palate.

Comment: Consistently rich and satisfying.
