Nose: Lovely, light notes of chocolate, toasted oak, and caramel. Delicate yet persistent in all the right ways.

Taste: Full-bodied, perfectly aligned with the nose, though the spices take a front seat. Very well balanced.

Finish: Medium long, carrying the same refined notes through to the end—darn fine indeed.

Comment: An elegantly persistent dram!
