Nose: Vanilla and a soft fruitiness. White pepper and mild oakiness. A bit dry.

Taste: Medium body. Fruity - orchard fruits - and spicy - white and black pepper. The oak and wood smoke is present here as well, as a solid foundation. Chocolate.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Still fruity and sweet. Vanilla as well now, slightly creamy. White pepper. Drier on the finish.

Comment: A very fine dram from Isle of Skye.
