Nose: The aromatic introduction is captivating, evoking the essence of a smoky forest retreat. The pine wood smoke wafts gracefully, setting a serene, woodsy stage for the deep fruitiness that follows. Rich peat and malt step in, adding a hearty, earthy warmth. The sherry casks contribute a rich dimension of dried fruits. With time, creamy vanilla makes a gentle appearance, accompanied by a zesty, intriguing hint of mustard seeds.

Taste: A full-bodied character, and then some. Peppery soot leads the charge, while the rich maltiness provides a comforting, grounding base. The sprightly fizz of ginger adds a zesty spark. The pine wood smoke persists.

Finish: Medium to long finish. The richness and fruitiness continue to resonate harmoniously. The smoke and peat remain ever present companions, complementing the fruitiness, adding value to the overall tasting journey without ever overpowering.
