Nose: Deep and rich fruitiness with a delightful corn sweetness. Cinnamon and dusting sugar blend with marshmallows and toasted oak, creating a warm and appealing aroma. Soft floral notes emerge over time. Love this nose.

Taste: Full-bodied with white pepper and floral notes up front. The profile becomes more herbal and minty, with a deeply sweet backbone of honey and caramel.

Finish: Medium-long, maintaining its rich and sweet character with sticky honey. The flavors of apple and cinnamon cake fresh from the oven are perfectly balanced with fruit and spice, culminating in a pepperminty finish.
