Nose (21/25): Peated, fruity and sweet. There is a distinct note of berries on the nose; blackcurrant and cherries. The peatiness appears as notes of wood smoke.
Taste (22/25): Sugary and sweet. The berries are still quite prominent - mainly cherries. Mildly peaty now - more on the nose really. Dark fruits and a hint of chocolate.
Finish (20/25): Sugary, soft and mild. A light peat base stays for a long while, on top of which I find mild fruitiness and chocolate notes.
Balance (21/25): A nice, sweet, dessert-like dram. Good stuff!
Score (84/100)
