Distilled and matured at the Mars Shinshu Distillery. Matured in a mix of ex-sherry casks and American white oak casks.

Nose: Sweet and fruity, with a hint of oakiness. Banana and milk chocolate. Cinnamon and freshly baked bread.

Taste: Full bodied and creamy in character. White pepper, ginger, cinnamon and caramel sauce. Banana split.

Finish: Medium long finish. Lighter and fresher still now. Ginger and banana cake. Honey and white pepper.
