Distilled 2011-02-07, matured in ex-sherry casks and finished in ex-port casks. Bottled 2021-04-22, and limited to 14088 bottles.

The Bunnahabhain Aonadh is still available in Norway, at NOK 1900 (13898301).

Nose: Rich and warm nose. Earthy and exotic spices. Dunnage warehouse, earth cellar, wet leaves, cigar box. Earthy and dusty cinnamon sticks, and a whiff of bicycle tire repair kit and wellies.

Taste: Full bodied and spicy. Black and white pepper, cinnamon and ginger. Heavy fruitiness - grapes, red apples and tinned pears. White sugar.

Finish: Medium long finish. Sweeter still - sugary and juicy orchard fruits. Wine like notes now - lots of berries. A little earthy and Autumnal again towards the end.

Comment: Rather heavy, but it works fairly well.
