Traditionally distilled using Irish methods and matured in select STR (shave-toast-rechar) Portuguese red wine barriques, this is the first ever triple-distilled pot still whisky spirit in Canada and one of the first outside of Ireland. This product was previously sold as Macaloney’s Oaken Poitín.

Nose: Dried fruits and tropical fruits blend in a merry roundabout. Over time, notes of oaky spiciness and honey-glazed peanuts emerge.

Taste: Medium-bodied with a floral character. It also has a dryish and slightly oaky side, balanced by a honeyed sweetness.

Finish: Medium-long, continuing with more honey and floral notes. The tropical and dried fruits from the nose make a return.

Comment: Floral fun!
