Lothlend Blended Scotch Whisky, NAS, 40 %

Lothlend is a blend of single malt whisky from 5 Highland and Speyside distilleries, plus grain whisky. It is produced by Inver House Distillers.

Available to buy in Norway at NOK 560 (5463801). That’s for 100 cl though.

Nose: Fruity and pleasant nose. Floral honey. Rich vanilla character. Hints of toasted oak.

Taste: Medium body. Lots of honey now. Lightly perfumed. Caramel and vanilla. Rose water.

Finish: Medium long finish. More of the same; honey and caramel mostly.

Comment: Quite perfumed.
