Nose: Fresh sourdough bread. Caramel and honey. With time a touch of cured meat, chocolate spread and peat smoke.

Taste: Rich mouthfeel. Chocolate and caramel. Also sourdough bread and hints of smoked bacon on the taste.

Finish: Medium long. More sweetness now, of the slightly darker variety. Caramel, dark chocolate and some smokiness.

Comment: A meal in itself.
