Matured exclusively in ex-Oloroso sherry butts. Limited to 9000 bottles. Bottled November 2022. The Lochlea Fallow is their Autumn Edition Release.

Nose: Instantly evokes an autumnal feeling with notes of dunnage warehouse, freshly turned soil, and wet leaves. This is followed by a surge of tropical fruits and citrus, eventually giving way to vanilla and runny honey.

Taste: Medium-bodied, featuring honey, malt, and creamy vanilla. White pepper and nutmeg add spice, while cinnamon and hints of mint provide depth.

Finish: Medium-long, transitioning to caramel and creamy vanilla, reminiscent of ice cream and white chocolate. Subtle hints of oak and mint appear towards the end.

Comment: Perfectly captures Autumn in a glass.
