Distilled 2011-09-22, matured in a single ex-Oloroso sherry cask (cask #559/2011), and bottled 2016-11-14. Limited to 348 bottles.

Nose: Deep and rich, with delicate notes of dried fruits—figs, dates, and succulent raisins. A playful spice ensemble of cinnamon, nutmeg, and light pepper adds intrigue. Almond paste and caramel pudding round it out with time.

Taste: Full-bodied, sinfully opulent, and sublimely smooth. Creamy and decadent, with a deep, rich sweetness balanced by light spices, a touch of oak, and faint whispers of smoke and peat.

Finish: Medium-long, intensifying the experience. Pepper, meaty peat, smoky undertones, and a "dirty" sweetness are elevated by a hint of light, tropical fruit.

Comment: Decadence in a glass - indulgent and captivating.
