Nose: Light and fruity to start, with a subtle hint of olive brine. Sweet summer fruits emerge alongside earthy notes of wet leaves and wood smoke. Tomato vine and freshly unearthed mushrooms round out the profile.

Taste: Full-bodied and dynamic. Salt and pepper lead the way, followed by a mix of dried fruits and orchard fruits. Milk chocolate adds richness before another wave of salt and pepper takes center stage. The smokiness deepens into ashy notes.

Finish: Medium-long. Juicy and fresh fruitiness dominates initially, then gives way to assertive salty and peppery layers. Ends with a mildly herbal, smoked-meaty character reminiscent of savory broth.
