Nose: Vanilla and a light oakiness. Mild heather and peat. Malty.

Taste: Medium body. Vanilla and caramel. Oaky sweetness. Medium peatiness. Comes across as fairly young in style.

Finish: Medium to short finish. Remains oaky. Green and herbal. Honey.

Comments: Not sure the octave cask finish made a positive impact. Solid dram though.
