A release from independent bottler Edinburgh Whisky. This whisky represents the region Highland in their Discovery Collection series. Distilled November 2013 at Tomatin Distillery, and bottled December 2022. Matured in a selection of refill butts.

Nose: Warm and pleasant notes of dried fruits and fudge. Floral notes in the background. With time also softly malty with notes of earthy cinnamon.

Taste: Medium to full body. Soft sherry notes, dried fruits with emphasis on raisins and figs. Caramel and cinnamon.

Finish: Medium long finish. More of the same, with some added white pepper and nutmeg.

Comment: Tempered and easy drinking.
