This whisky has been matured in a 4th fill ex-sherry butt. Bottled 2022-07-28, and limited to 585 bottles.

This whisky goes on sale in Norway this coming week at NOK 3900 (15444301).

Nose: Mild notes of caramel pudding, dried fruits, leather, and creamy vanilla. With time more fruity. A touch of leather.

Taste: Full bodied, soft and delicate. The palate does match the nose closely. I also find notes of fizzy cinnamon, and creamy vanilla.

Finish: Medium to long finish. More of the same really. It is all very elegant and delicate.

Comment: As expected, and expectations are quite high.
