Nose: The nose is greeted with a warm embrace, featuring rich notes of caramel and honey glazed apples, interwoven with a medley of assorted dried fruits.

Taste: On the palate, the whisky is full-bodied and carries a semi-dry character. The sharpness of white pepper melds with the sweetness of dried fruits. Beneath this subtle hints of oakiness.

Finish: Medium to long finish. It does become drier over time. Notes of dried herbs and dry hay emerge, providing an earthy endnote that complements the dried fruits and dark sweetness.

Comment: A winter comfort.
