Distilled 1992, matured in a single refill American oak barrel (cask #141976), and bottled 2021. Limited to 185 bottles.

Nose: Crates of ripe fruits fresh from the garden, stacked to the ceiling in a sun-warmed wooden attic. Dust and a spritz of citrus fill the air. Over time, notes of unsalted peanuts, pencil shavings, cinnamon, creamy vanilla, and butterscotch emerge.

Taste: Full-bodied and very fruity, with tropical fruits taking center stage. Dissecting the flavors reveals orange, lime, pineapple, mango, and juicy apples, among others.

Finish: Very long, with a softly fizzy texture. Rich and creamy caramel dominates, with hints of white pepper and dried herbs. Earthy notes of vanilla and cinnamon, along with delicate hints of oak, eucalyptus, and dust, complete the experience.

Comment: A beautifully layered and complex whisky.
