Nose: Earthy and cool vanilla. Mild notes of ripe apples. With time some ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg. Nutty and a hint of pefume.

Taste: Full bodied and creamy. Strawberries and toasted oak. Creamy vanilla. Hints of white pepper, cinnamon and ginger.

Finish: Medium long finish. A little greener now - cut grass and mint. Cool and relaxed with vanilla and caramel sauce.

Comment: This is very good.
