Nose: Freshly baked bread and rich maltiness. Dark caramel, cinnamon and earthy vanilla. Gradually deeper and sweeter - almond pudding and homemade caramel pudding.

Taste: Rich and fiercely spicy in style. Assorted pepper and chili. Cinnamon stick, cherry and grated ginger.

Finish: Long finish. When the spicy storm subsides, tropical fruits emerge, together with vanilla cream, dark chocolate and maple syrup.

Comment: Fiercely exciting!
