Nose: Warm, rich, and almost decadent. It opens with a dense, honeyed sweetness that borders on sticky—comforting and indulgent. A vivid seaside barbecue scene unfolds: smouldering driftwood, smoky sea air, and charred sweetness. With time, softer notes of malt, ripe orchard fruits, and creamy milk chocolate emerge, adding a layer of approachability to the smoky depth.

Taste: Full bodied and exuberant, this dram charges in with confidence. Bold, creamy maltiness blends seamlessly with ripe apples and mixed dried fruits. Waves of peppery peat rise and fall, while soft chocolate and a hint of salted caramel hum in the background. Big, broad, and utterly satisfying.

Finish: Medium long finish. A warming encore that intensifies the pepper and smoke, leaving behind a cozy trail of toasted spice and faint embers. Comforting and persistent.
