Nose: Rich and peaty. Hints of citrus and caramel. Ripe apples. Vanilla and pepper. Complex and soft. Very appealing nose. You can get lost in this one.

Taste: Full bodied and then some. Surprisingly lively, fresh and peaty for a 25 YO. Love the rich smokiness, the peaty base notes, the leather, and the classic citrus top notes. Creamy vanilla.

Finish: Long finish. More creaminess. A little pepper. Vanilla and soot. Orchard fruits and fluffy cotton candy in the end.

Comment: This is sublime.
