Nose: Fresh and juicy. Citrus, apples and pears. Ginger. With time only more fresh and more citrus notes - fresh lime and orange - both zest and juice. Vanilla as well - of course.

Taste: Full bodied and just as fresh as the nose promised. Lime and orange. White pepper and fizzy ginger. A hint of dustiness and a light touch of oakiness.

Finish: Medium long finish. Remains super fresh and citrusy all the way. Some oakiness and fresh herbs in the end.

Comment: Citrus circus!
