My fourth and final review of whisky from Yellow Rose Distilling, Texas, USA, for now. This is a high bourbon content blend.

Nose: Very mild and anonymous upon initial sniffs. Gradually I detect emerging notes of banana, vanilla, cinnamon, toasted oak and mild perfume. With time also caramel popcorn.

Taste: Medium to thin body. Caramel and banana bread. Served with creamy vanilla and rich honey. More perfume here - sip by sip.

Finish: Medium long finish. Even more honey now, with some added white pepper.

Comment: Fairly simple with a heavy touch, but it does grow on you.
