This is the 16th edition of the Master’s Collection series from Woodford Reserve. The mashbill for this product is 72 % corn, 18 % rye and 10 % malted barley. This bourbon contains elements that are up to 17 years old. I have no idea how old the youngest components might be. This bourbon was released in 2020.

Nose: Corn bread, almond milk, home made caramel pudding. Hints of oak and the barest whiff of perfume. Cool.

Taste: Medium body. Medium sweetness. Corn sweetness. Grilled banana. Creamy vanilla.

Finish: Long finish. Caramel, vanilla, and maple syrup. Deep, sweet and rich all the way.

Comment: My kind of bourbon!
