This whisky is produced by Chugoku Jozo. This is not truly a Japanese whisky, as it is composed of partly or fully whisky imported to Japan from other unspecified countries.

It has been matured in oak casks at a constant temperature of 14⁰ C and a humidity level of 80.

Nose: Mild and approachable. Vanilla, banana and ice cream. Apples and pears and memories of the deep ocean.

Taste: Medium skinny body. A rather bland blend. Banana and dark chocolate. Vanilla and ginger. Hints of nougat.

Finish: Short finish. Less banana, more dark chocolate. Creamy mint. Dry hay.

Comment: If you like banana chocolate, go for it!
