Nose: Subdued hints of berries and summer fruits. Freshly cut grass.

Taste: Medium body. Citrus and fresh, green apples. Fruit compote with freshly whipped cream. Unripe mango.

Finish: Fairly short finish. Still apples, now of the slightly sour variety.

Comment: Slightly sour but pleasant.
