Nose: We start off with notes of overripe apples and the damp earthiness of wet leaves, combined with a mild farmyard hint that adds a rustic touch. Rich, deep sugary notes are apparent, while a rich maltiness lurks in the background.

Taste: Medium to full-bodied. Leading with a combination of spiciness, malty richness, and green, fresh notes. The spiciness is mild yet present, accompanied by a hint of astringency. Juicy apples dominate the fruity aspect.

Finish: Long and engaging. A complex interplay of both dried fruits and ripe, juicy fruits. Tempered oakiness and a mild spiciness, characterized by the warm notes of cinnamon and nutmeg.

Comment: A wonderful balance of complexity and fruitiness!
