This batch is composed of 70% sherry cask matured whisky and 30 % bourbon cask matured.

Nose: Dirty sugar cubes, toffee, and aromas of the country side. Vanilla, caramel puddin' and wood smoke. With time also apricots, dates and a pinch of salt.

Taste: Rich and full-bodied. Apples, fresh and baked. Vanilla, cinnamon, and nuts. Hints of marzipan. Soft wood smoke.

Finish: Medium long finish. Dry-ish in character. Plenty of apples still.

Comments: Deee-lite-ful!
