Shelter Point Double Barrel - Batch 5, 6 YO, 46 %

Matured in American oak barrels and then finished in ex-Blackberry wine casks.

Nose: Sweet and light. Red berries and milk chocolate. Earthy and dry cinnamon. With time creamy vanilla and caramel.

Taste: Full bodied, sweet and spicy. Lovely mix of sugary sweetness and orchard fruits. Caramel sauce. White pepper and crushed black pepper.

Finish: Medium long finish. Almond milk and Mars Bar. Vanilla ice-cream served with a rich cranberry and blackberry berry sauce.

Comment: Sweets for the sweet.
