Nose: Meaty and rich on the nose. Big in character, as expected. Ginger and menthol. Some caramel. Fruity backdrop.
Taste: Rich, creamy and full bodied. Meaty and sweet. Big and sugary. Vanilla and light orchard fruits.
Finish: Medium to long finish. Sugary finish, with white pepper. Softly meaty - sausage water.
Comment: Meaty for sure, but a bit soft and domesticated as Mortlachs go.
