This whisky is distilled at the Mars Shinshu Distillery.

Matured mainly in ex-bourbon casks but there is also a few ex-sherry and ex-port casks in the vatting. The component whiskies in the vatting range between 8 and 3 years old, averaging at around 4 years old.

Nose: Soft and mild, with creamy vanilla ice cream and subtle nuttiness. Rich and gently floral.

Taste: Full-bodied, with a fantastic bourbon cask influence that brings out tropical notes. Mild pepper, hints of nuts and citrus, with a soft touch of toasted oak in the background.

Finish: Medium-long, with a light peppery edge and dried orange peel adding a delicate, refreshing touch.

Comment: Love it—tropical, balanced, and beautifully crafted!
