Nose: Oooh, delicate! Elegant sherry notes, but no sherry bomb. This is well-balanced and harmonious. Red berries, dates, plums, nuts and vanilla. A nose to get lost in.

Taste: Rich to the point of being lavish and abundant. Yeah, this is a whisky that screams for clichés, and deserves them one and all. Fruity wine gum, cinnamon sticks, sugar, ginger, ripe red apples and plums.

Finish: Very long finish. Continues much as it started, with the addition of soft notes of oak and nuts.

Comments: A dram to make you smile from ear to ear.
