This bourbon whiskey was matured in warehouse W-1, Floor F-04, Rick R-018, barreled 2004-10-14, bottled 2019-05-24.

Knob Creek is a Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey produced by Beam Suntory at the Jim Beam distillery in Clermont, Kentucky.

Nose: Warm, cosy, welcoming. Lovely bourbon nose. Corn sweetness light as feathers. Cotton candy and fluffy tropical fruit clouds. Cinnamon and mellow maple syrup. Hint of spearmint with time.

Taste: Hot, hot, hot! Full bodied. Then bliss - soft, sweet, tempered. Cinnamon, tropical fruits, caramel and fudge.

Finish: Medium long finish. Much the same as what we started out with, but it is increasingly green as well.

Comment: Lovely bourbon. Big and bold!
