Matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and American ex-rye barrels.

You can still find the Jura 14 YO American Rye Cask in Norway at NOK 800 (14676201).

Nose: White pepper and toasted oak. Hints of citrus. Vanilla and almonds with time.

Taste: Medium body. Creamy and buttery mouthfeel. Vanilla, and burnt caramel. Black and white pepper.

Finish: Medium long finish. More pepper and more creamy vanilla. Some nuttiness as well as cacao nibs.

Comment: Cool and relaxed.
