Nose: Pears and light syrup. Hint of damp leaves. Delicate hint of oak.

Taste: Thin. Lots of bitterness. Rowan berries, ginger and burnt caramel. Banana and pear in the background.

Finish: Short aftertaste. Flower water and pear soda. Hint of citrus. Sugary finish.

Comment: Sweet pears.
