Nose: Sweet tea, incense and grape juice. Sawdust and sun-warmed oak. Not at all sweet on the nose. Hints of leather and warm sand. Milk chocolate and vanilla.

Taste: Full bodied like a sumo wrestler. Rich, creamy and fairly spicy up front. Black and white pepper. Fizzy ginger, almond paste. Honey and vanilla.

Finish: Long and harmonious finish. The spices fade away and we are left floating on a purple, fluffy candy cloud. Marzipan pigs fly by as we land.

Comment: Whisky for unicorns!
