Nose: Fluffy clouds of vanilla flavoured wood smoke. There's a green touch of mint here as well. Hints of summer fruits.
Taste: Medium body and spicy delivery. Same mild peatiness here - vanilla and chocolate now. Carnation and minty chocolate. Herbal tea.
Finish: Medium long finish. Vanilla, cloves, pine cones and mint. Slightly dry and oaky towards the end.
Comment: A mint julep with lots of character among the pine trees on the shores of the High Coast of Sweden.
