Matured in an ex-sherry cask. Distilled 2008, and bottled 2024. Limited to 96 bottles, which probably makes this a partial cask.

Nose: Intensely fruity and rich, with layers of sweetness. Floral notes emerge alongside bright citrus, adding vibrancy. A subtle metallic undertone with time.

Taste: Full-bodied and fizzy, bursting with citrus zest and fun upfront. Dried fruits follow, alongside pencil shavings and a delightful kick of fizzy ginger.

Finish: Medium long, evolving to a drier profile with toasted oak, white pepper, and lingering dried fruits. The finale is marked by green herbs and a refreshing hint of menthol.

Comment: Lively and dynamic.
