• The regular has an ABV of 40%, and the anniversary edition is bottled at 43%

• The regular 12 YO has been matured “in traditional oak, before spending time in American oak casks”, whereas the anniversary edition is “100% 1st Fill American Oak Matured”.

• The anniversary edition is only available for a limited time; until April 2024 on the Glenlivet online store

The Glenlivet 12 YO 200th Anniversary Limited Edition is available in Norway at NOK 699 (16623801).

Nose: Starts with a gentle combination of vanilla and a subtle hint of lemon curd. Notes of milk chocolate and creamy caramel mix with a mild perfume scent. Over time, it develops a darker, richer character, with vanilla sweetness intensifying and citrus evolving into ripe, very orange-like aromas.

Taste: The palate is medium-bodied, featuring dark chocolate paired with bitter orange marmalade. It's complemented by tropical fruits, a sprinkle of white pepper, and citrus oil, with occasional whispers of nuttiness.

Finish: The medium-long finish grows a bit spicier and remains juicy and fresh. It concludes with floral and herbal notes, touched by mild oakiness.
