Nose: Deep and appealing sherry notes. Homemade caramel pudding. Caramel sauce. Vanilla.

Taste: Creamy and full-bodied. Quite peppery. Medium dry with a touch of oakiness. Caranmel and dried fruits.

Finish: Medium to long finish. Ever drier it seems, but not in a negative way. The caramel pudding and sauce from the nose is back. Some fruitiness, but it does drown a bit in the caramel. It is a fine caramel, through.

Comments: Yeah, it is very fine, it is a Glenfarclas single cask. Enjoy!
