This is a release in the Single Cask for Europe - Batch 5 series. It was distilled 2007-05-21, matured in a single ex-PX sherry puncheon (cask #800467), and bottled August 2022. Limited to 730 bottles.

The GlenAllachie 2007 15 YO PX Puncheon Single Cask will be available in Norway this week at NOK 1910 (16603901).

Nose: Clean and focused notes of toasted oak and raisins. A hint of black pepper adds a spicy edge, while creamy vanilla softens the profile. Over time, a subtle green note emerges in the background.

Taste: Superbly smooth and full-bodied. Deep and rich fruity sweetness, with the dominant notes of raisins complemented by the luscious flavors of figs and dates. Ripe banana and dark chocolate add further depth, while the cacao nibs bring a slightly bitter counterpoint to the sweetness.

Finish: Long finish, which continues the theme of rich indulgence. It's filled with more chocolate and an abundance of dried fruits.
